Fairfield 6th at McNeil Invitational

With 41 teams running and well over 300 runners, Fairfield Varsity girls managed to place sixth overall at the Round Rock McNeil invitational.
The event was teaming with runners, parents, and coaches as each school got a taste of what is in store for them at the state meet.

Homecoming pep rally full of spirit

Fairfield students were full of Homecoming spirit last Friday morning at the pep rally. Mascots, twirlers and flags performed various routines to get the crowd going for that night’s big game. Fairfield won 35-21 over China Springs.

Eagles take first loss against Robinson Rockets

The Eagles fought hard against the Robinson Rockets Friday night, but in the end it just wasn’t enough.

Parents and fans filled 4 Pines Ranch, in Eustace, last Saturday to cheer on Fairfield’s Cross Country teams.

Lady Eagles take win over Athens

The Lady Eagles defeated the Athens Fighting Hornets three straight games to win the match last week.
“I think we played good and we worked great as a team,” said Lady Eagle Caitlynn Stone.
Fairfield jumped ahead early in the first match, 7-1 setting a fast pace.
The Eagles would go on to win 25-6.
However, the second match wasn’t so easy to win.

Copperhead raises $3,000

The annual Copperhead 5k - open to all ages - was Aug. 23, and had a great turnout.
Of the 120 people who registered, about 100 actually participated raising approximately $3,000.
