Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, at First United Methodist Church, with Rev. T. Paul Kethley officiating.
Interment followed at Ft. Parker Memorial Park near Groesbeck. Visitation was from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, at Capps Memorial Chapel.

The Angelic Hosts came for Mr. Timothy Carter, Jr., 86, on Wednesday, Feb. 19, in the Fairfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center among loving family and devoted friends.
A viewing was held from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, at Moore’s Angelic Funeral Home, 406 Monroe Street in Teague.
Funeral Services were at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 1, at Moore’s Angelic Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Clara Gilbert of Tyler officiating.

Another member of the “Greatest Generation,” services for Mitchell Bolton Worley, 92, of Fairfield, were held at 10 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 20, at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home Chapel in Palestine, with The Rev. Terry Skinner officiating.
Burial followed in Fields Chapel Cemetery in Anderson County.
Arrangements were under the direction of Bailey & Foster Palestine.
