A small group of parents have worked hard to open a new Christ-centered school for Freestone County children. Faith Academy of Freestone County is slated to open this fall and is currently taking applications for students. The school will provide a quality, Christian-based education to students and develop the whole child – mind, body, and spirit. This non-profit school seeks to partner with parents, teachers, and the community for returning God to education with a chapel and Bible classes.
