Freestone County Services Administrator James Minze is training for his new position and plans to meet with Leon County emergency managers soon.
“I’m still trying to catch my bearings with all of this,” said Minze.
County commissioners hired Minze about three weeks ago to fill Loren Miller’s position following his recent retirement.
