Details come first for new Mexican restaurant

After buying the former Dahlia’s restaurant Jan. 21, Nelson Pachardo made huge strides in renovating the building.
“If I want to make it work, I have to make it better than ever before,” said Pachardo.
Looking around, it’s easy to see the pride he takes in his work.
The walls are painstakingly painted and tiled
