County looks at ways to save

County Treasurer Kay Taylor plans to bring in a new food vendor, as well as the person who orders the Freestone County Jail groceries, to speak with the court to save money on the jail’s grocery bill.
The jail spent approximately $5,000 in March on groceries.
During her research, Taylor contacted a vendor who orders food for jails in Navarro and Limestone counties, and
