A phenomenal second quarter saw Fairfield outscore Groesbeck by a whopping 20 to 2. It gave the Eagles a 36-11 lead at the half.

The Eagles outscored Groesbeck 10-6 in the third quarter for a 46-17 lead going into the final period.

Fairfield emptied the bench in the fourth quarter while coasting to a 51-34 victory.
