Daniel Filis and Hallie Brown Mrs. and Mrs. David and Jamie Filis, of Tennessee Colony, would like to announce the engagement and up-coming wedding of their son, Daniel Scott Filis.

The prospective groom is a 2008 graduate of Fairfield High School and is employed with Galleria Marketing in Houston.

The bride-to-be, Hallie Elizabeth Brown, is the daughter of Cynthia Reeves of Lufkin and the late Michael Brown of El Campo. She is currently a student at the University of Houston.

The wedding will be March 17 at the home of Greg and Jo Ashlie Dallas of Streetman.

The couple plans to make their home in Houston.
