The city is hosting a free seminar to encourage manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, warehouses, and headquarters to locate in the 400 acre Industrial Park.

The seminar set for 11:30 a.m. to 1:30p.m. on Feb. 2, at Depot X is to learn what projects are eligible for incentives offered at the Industrial Park.

Dave Zuber, president of the Fairfield Industrial Development Corporation will talk about new businesses, expansions and other economic development projects planned for the park.

Guest speaker, Eben Riggs, Business Consultant with Workforce Solutions will speak on ways he can help employers maintain a competitive advantage by finding, developing, and retaining a quality workforce.

Lunch will be provided at 11:30 a.m.
