NLOL) recent success stories.

A gentleman from Lapur, MI, located Pee Wee on petfinder.com while searching for a new family dog for his father and younger brother.

Traveling to Ft. Hood, he stopped by NLOL’s kennels to visit with Pee Wee and found that the dog would be a perfect fit for his family and had him flown to MI.

Pew Wee, renamed Ranger (since he’s from Texas), seemed to fit right in.

He now has play-dates with the neighborhood dogs and has bonded well with the youngest son, which is exactly what the father was looking for. New Leash on Life is a humane no-kill shelter for animals in our community. They have rescued stray, unwanted animals while doing their best to adopt out as many as possible.

Most of the organization’s workers are strictly volunteer and put in many long hours of labor caring for the animals each day.

They have several animals that are looking for a home

special family and a new “fur”ever home.

Animals for adoption can be found online at www.petfinder.com or by calling 903-389-5674 or 903-388-9590 to set up a visit to the kennels.
