Fairfield Eagle Club sponsors “Meet the Eagles” about 1 p.m. Saturday at Eagle Field after the football scrimmage with West.

The event allows fans to visit with players and coaches on the Eagles football teams, Lady Eagles volleyball teams, cross country runners and cheerleaders.

Eagle Club will be serving free hotdogs, chips and watermelon to athletes and all who attend, and soft drinks will be on sale.

The athletics booster club meets at 6 p.m. Mondays at the boys’ film room in Johnson Activities Center at the high school.

The club will hold its first meeting of the new school year on Aug. 23.
