Popular western artist Dale Adkins will hold a trunk show and sign prints Saturday in Fairfield.

The event is from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Texas Lifestyles Furniture, 999 U.S. 84 west.

Adkins is currently the most published artist in the United States and is known for his illustrations of Louis L’Amour western novel covers.

In addition to western art, he also paints NASCAR, aviation and tractor themes.

Adkins earned a degree in fine arts at Oklahoma City University and lives in North Texas.

Prints signed by the artist will be available for sale during the Fairfield show.

Food and drinks will be available.
