Seven Freestone county area students made the President’s Honor Roll or Dean’s List for spring semester studies at Sam Houston State University.

The President’s Honor Roll consists of fulltime students posting a perfect 4.0 grade point average.

Making the President’s Honor Roll are Carrie McDonald of Fairfield, senior in interdisciplinary studies; Lauren Evans of Teague, senior in agricultural science-animal science; Traci Irene George of Teague, senior in accounting; and James Zeb Judd of Mexia, senior in political science.

The Dean’s List consists of fulltime students posting a 3.5 GPA, or above.

Fairfield student on the Dean’s List is junior Stephen B. Black, agricultural business-teaching certificate.

Mexia students on the Dean’s list, both junior stu- dents, are C. Martinez, computing science; and Allison Kimber Neal, interdisciplinary studies.
