For Fairfield, Wortham seniors . . . Commencements set

A total of 158 Freestone county senior students conclude their high school years Friday evening when they walk across the stage in commencement excercises.
Graduation ceremonies will be conducted for 126 students at Fairfield high school and 32 students at Wortham high school.
Teague high school held its commencement last Friday for 75 seniors.
WHS graduation is at 7:30 p.m. in Bulldog Stadium and FHS graduation is at 8 p.m. at Eagle Field.
The FHS Class of 2010 is headed by valedictorian Lilly Duarte and salutatorian Adam Chappell and includes 33 honor graduates, students who earned grade point averages of at least 4.0.
Honor graduates in addition to the valedictorian and salutatorian are Kaitlyn Palmquist, Daniel Wood, Lando Duarte, Jaymi McLeod, Morgan Fuller, John Horton, Haley Plemons, Lauren Jackson, Kalyn Caffey, Kayse Kirgan, Sally Taylor, Riley Jo Davidson, McKenzie Beddingfield, Jessica Gallegos, Colby Green, Mia Mayo, Rebecca Lyles, Evan Simpson, Adam Rhoads, Cally Hardwick, Sarah Linton, Taylor Edwards- Adcock, Shekinah Davidson, Cheyenne Newman, Courtney Kahrs, Spencer Higgins, Whitney Roberson, Robb McCully, Reagan Amick, Amber Lehman and Ravi Patel.
The WHS senior class is led by valedictorian Jodi Thornton and salutatorian Porsche Lockhart.
Rounding out the WHS class are Chey Anne Bates,

jury hears Caleme, Tiffany Chapman, Kayla Doan, Dustyn Gatlin, Brittany Graham, Eddie Graham, Lacey Hall, Deundria Johnson, Jake Jones, LaTishia Lambert, Samantha Lane, Ethan Lansford, Levi Lansford, Skie Lockhart, Devyn Lopez, Christopher Matthews, Holden McCord, Tammy Norman, Bradley Paradoski, Cameron Price, Ashley Rhodes, Blake Ridge, Samantha Sherber, Miki Short, Spencer Thornton, Jourdan Vaughan and Brandi Williams.
Topping the THS Class of 2010 were valedictorian Genea Cannon and salutatorian Brittany Beasley.
FHS graduation starts with seniors taking their seats on the track to the strains of “War March of the Priests” performed by the high school band.
Invocation is to be offered by Kaitlyn Palmquist, followed by the salutatory address by Chappell.
FHS pricipal Von Wade will present awards to the valedictorian and salutatorian and Miss Duarte will give the valedictory address.
Fairfield superintendent Katie Ryan will present the class and school board president Teresa Vandiver will present diplomas.
Benediction is to be offered by Wood and graudates exit the field to “Pomp and Circumstance.”
Seating for family and guests at FHS commencement is in the west stands of the field.
WHS graduation starts with a processional played by the Bulldog band as seniors take their seats, followed by the invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.
High school principal Kevin Frauenberger will recognize special guests and the top 10 graduates and Gayle Henson is to present awards and scholarships.
After the salutatory address by Miss Lockhart and valedictory address by Miss Thornton, Frauenberger will certify graduates.
Diplomas are to be presented by Wortham superintendent Albert Armer and school board president Brent Jones.
