I don't ever mention the hard work, nor successes, near often enough, of our very hard working Investigators. In the last week or more they have, as always, been very busy. Recently working with Navarro County S.O. and TSCRA Cattle Ranger in solving 4 separate cattle thefts, two in our County over the last two months, involving 16 stolen head in our County, with the remainder missing out of Navarro. One man now in Jail on same. A trailer stolen in our County has been recovered in Seagoville as well as a 4-wheeler missing from Seagoville, recovered in our County. A thief wanted out of Freestone, Henderson and Van Zandt Counties for Copper Theft is now incarcerated….This was the individual whom I wrote of a few weeks back who stole the large electrical feed cords from numerous travel trailers up on Richland- Chambers. I'll do my best to start keeping these recoveries listed in the newspaper, so all will know the high success rate of our Deputies. James Barrentine and Thomas Hendrix stay busy!

Until Next Week . . . RALPH BILLINGS
