(A summary of recent activity of Fairfield Police Department.)

March 15

1:35 a.m.—Officer Gallegos on report of vehicle going north in southbound lane.

2:04 a.m.—Officer Green on report of loud music. Unable to locate.

3:49 a.m.—Officers Green and Gallegos to Love’s Travel Center on report of theft.

9:18 a.m.—Officer Gasaway on report of stolen property.

11 a.m.—Officer Kindon on report of alarm sounding. All okay.

1:30 p.m.—Officer Kindon and Sgt. Utsey provided funeral escort.

7:16 p.m.—Officer Markham on loud music. Advised subject to turn down volume.

9:45 p.m.—Officer Markham assisted a Department of Public Safety trooper in trying to locate a subject.

11:26 p.m.—Officer Markham on report of subject driving slow and impeding traffic on the interstate.

March 16

6 a.m.—Officer Gasaway on report of alarm sounding at busines. Was cleaning crew.

10:44 a.m.—Officer Gasaway on truck broken down in the road. Wrecker contacted to clear.

12:11 p.m.—Officer Gasaway on domestic report. Was husband and wife. All verbal and all was okay.

3:36 p.m.—Officer Gasaway on report of vehicle passing other vehicles and subject screaming and cussing the drivers he passed. Unable to locate.

5:49 p.m.—Officer Markham on report of truck hung up on roadway as it was turning into a driveway. Wrecker came and pulled truck clear.

7:42 p.m.—Officer Markham to Love’s on 9-1- 1 hang-up from pay phone. Nobody located.

7:55 p.m.—Officer Markham to Love’s on traffic jam.

9:32 p.m.—Officer Markham on call that woman was lying beside the road. Subject was walking, tripped and fell into the ditch.

11:41 p.m.—Officer Markham on report of possible drunk driver.

March 17

2:28 a.m.—Officer Markham on report of a suspicious vehicle.

7:23 a.m.—Officer Tiner on report of a suspicious vehicle.

8:54 a.m.—Officer Tiner to residence with CPS caseworker.

1:20 p.m.—Officer Tiner on report of kids on 4- wheeler in parking lot acting up.

1:40 p.m.—Officer Tiner to police department to meet a complainant.

9:45 p.m.—Officer Green to Travis Street to meet a complainant.

10:28 p.m.—Officer Green to Valero gas station to meet a complainant.

March 18

9:38 a.m.—Officer Tiner to meet a complainant.

3 p.m.—Officer Tiner arrested a subject on city warrants.

6:40 p.m.—Officer Green to Love’s on a traffic jam.

7 p.m.—Officer Green on report of stolen property.

9 p.m.—Officer Gallegos on report of lost wallet.

10 p.m.—Officer Green arrested two subjects on city warrants.

March 19

2:15 a.m.—Officers Gallegos and Green on major wreck on I-45. Driver was flown to a hospital.

4:15 p.m.—Officer Gasaway on report of reckless driver.

4:36 p.m.—Officer Gasaway on report of minor wreck.

7:08 p.m.—Officer Markham on missing property.

8:15 p.m.—Officer Markham and Sgt. Utsey on report of subjects holding door of business and not letting workers leave. Was workers who had closed early so repairs could be made.

March 20

9:24 a.m.—Officer Gasaway on report of vehicle traveling south in northbound lane. Unable to locate.

1 p.m.—Officer Gasaway assisted with a funeral escort.

2:03 p.m.—Officer Gasaway on report of hitand run vehicle. Unable to locate.

5:40 p.m.—Officer Markham on possible drunk driver. Unable to locate.

6:40 p.m.—Officer Markham on report of truck broken down in the road.

March 21

1:27 a.m.—Officer Frasier arrested a subject on driving while intoxicated charge.

3:22 a.m.—Officer Markham to Cefco on alarm. All okay.

4:05 a.m.—Officers Frasier and Markham on report of two subjects fighting in a gas station. Both subjects jailed on disorderly conduct charges.

1:25 p.m.—Officer Gasaway assisted a subject that was locked out of her vehicle.

5:48 p.m.—Officer Markham met with a complainant in reference to a civil matter.
