Freestone county Republicans hold their county convention Saturday in Fairfield.

The convention is at 2 p.m. at Republican Headquarters, 221 W. Main Street.

Delegates and alternates to the state convention in June will be elected. Resolutions for the state platform will be debated and voted on.

Everyone is invited to attend and participate in the discussion. Only elected precinct delegates will be able to vote.

The Republican Party will hold a run off election for Justice, Supreme Court, Place 3 between Rick Green and Debra Lehrmann on April 13th.
