Annual city wide cleanup will be held in Wortham Saturday, March 27, sponsored by the City of Wortham.

A garbage truck will go house to house beginning at 8 a.m., and a garbage truck and wood chipper will be located on Second Street, next to the gymnastics

building, from 8 to 1. Residents will need to provide drivers license and city water bill to dispose at this location.

Items that will not be accepted include Freon, batteries, tires, motor oil, gasoline, paint, paint cans, pesticides or any type of hazardous materials.
