Landowner workshop posed

Texas Agrilife Extension Service Freestone County office will host a landowner workshop March 30 at Fairfield civic center. Featured speaker will be Judon Fambrough, a senior lecturer with the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University.

The program will cover several issues that landowners deal with today including how to handle oil and gas, pasture, and hunting leases, real estate taxes, and estate transfer.

Call 903-389-3436 by March 26 to reserve a seat for the program. Cost is $10 per person. A meal will be served at 6 p.m., and the program will begin after the meal.

The extension services seeks to accommodate all persons with disabilities for these programs. Call 903-389-3436 at least 24 hours before the program begins so arrangements can be made.
