When Deputies House and McGowan arrived one found naked outside, another found laying on belly on ground, flailing arms and legs in methodical and rhythmical fashion. When asked what he was doing he responded that he was swimming in the water…..That seemed strange since he was on dry land….But, what came next was more so….He said it was a little tough because both arms and both legs were broken! (They weren’t). A nice variety of illegal narcotics were discovered….. Heroin, Ecstacy, Mary Jane. Now remember, two of these people were mother and son! All in Jail now for the contraband found. There is more to tell in regard to this story, but in the interest of good taste I will decline to make use of it or tell that portion…..And Deputy Richard McGowan, you said you were anxious to see what I would print about that particular part of the tale, how I would word it politely so as not to offend any reader, etc……Now, you see how I did it…..I didn’t. I omitted that part….As an author I can mention as little or as much as I wish. I chose the former!

We have wet conditions, more on the way the Weather Guys say….Maybe even another chance of snow…..Just so we don’t get a dose down here like Dallas did last week!

Until Next Week . . . RALPH BILLINGS
