Freestone County Art League will meet Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in the Church of Christ fellowship hall in Teague. A paint-in session with Mrs. Ruth Simmons Bomer instructing is planned for the meet. Artists should bring their canvas with the picture they wish to paint sketched on it, along with their paints and brushes. Hostesses for the meeting will be Ruth Simmons Bomer, Jean Terry and Dot Hamilton. The meeting is open to the public and refreshments will be served. Anyone wishing to try their hand at painting a picture are encouraged to come and bring their art supplies.
