(A summary of recent activity of Fairfield Police Department)

February 1

8:58 a.m.—Officer Markham on report of subject who had gotten out of a car and would not get back in. Decided to get in and leave.

2:28 p.m.—Officers Frasier and Markham on report of subject stealing stuff at closed business. Subject located and detained.

3:35 p.m.—Officer Markham on report of shoplifter. Subject located and took care of issue.

5:49 p.m.—Officer Kindon to Love’s Travel Center on traffic jam.

9:15 p.m.—Officers Gasaway and Kindon assist Fairfield EMS with a medical emergency.

February 2

2:55 p.m.—Officer Markham responded to a motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles at Brookshire Brothers supermarket parking lot.

4:15 p.m.—Officer Frasier assisted Fairfield EMS with a medical call.

5:01 p.m.—Officer Frasier dispatched to Talford Apartments in reference to a possible disturbance.

7:40 p.m.—Officer Gasaway secured an open gate at Johnny Moore Welding.

9:55 p.m.—Officer Kindon assisted at Fairfield EMS with an individual that had been released.

February 3

7:13 a.m.—Officer Gallegos dispatched to a business in reference to a theft.

8:40 a.m.—Officer Gallegos responded to a report of loose cows on west U.S. 84.

4:55 p.m.—Officer Gallegos and Sgt. Utsey responded to a car fire on S. Bateman Road.

8:35 p.m.—Officer Tiner dispatched to Mount Street in reference to a possible disturbance. Officer advised that parties just upset and that everything was fine.

February 4

12:45 a.m.—Officer Tiner met with a complainant in reference to a possible theft. Officer Tiner advised no theft occurred.

9:30 a.m.—Officer Gallegos served a criminal trespass notice on N. Mount.

1:35 p.m.—Officer Gallegos responded to a 9- 1-1 hang-up. Determined to be weather related.

6:15 p.m.—Officer Tiner responded to Love’s in reference to traffic problems.

February 5

12:46 a.m.—Officer Tiner assisted with loose cows on FCR 606.

12 p.m.—Officers Frasier and Markham on report of missing property.

3:17 p.m.—Officer Markham on report of forged checks.

6:21 p.m.—Officer Gasaway on report of suspicious subject riding a bicycle and looking into windows of residence. Patrolled area and unable to locate.

8:20 p.m.—Officer Gasaway to police department to meet a complainant.

8:21 p.m.—Officer Kindon on report of alarm sounding. All was okay.

10:20 p.m.—Officers Gasaway and Kindon on report of possible fight on Heather Street. Unable to locate.

February 6

12:20 a.m.—Sgt. Utsey out on two suspicious subjects.

10:11 a.m.—Officer Frasier on report of disturbance over property. All okay.

1:35 p.m.—Officers Markham and Frasier on report of subject who stuck a gun in another’s face. No gun located.

5:58 p.m.—Officer Kindon to Valero convenience store on missing property.

8:55 p.m.—Officer Kindon to stranded motorist.

10:51 p.m.—Officer Kindon on report of alarm sounding. All okay.

February 7

12:11 a.m.—Officer Kindon on three suspicious males walking.

2:29 a.m.—Officer Kindon on report of disturbance. All okay.

4:09 a.m.—Officer Kindon assisted Fairfield EMS with a medical emergency.

12:32 p.m.—Officer Markham dispatched to I- 45 in reference to a reckless driver.

12:55 p.m.—Officer Markham assisted with a family at the sheriff’s department.

5:35 p.m.—Officer Kindon responded to Valero on an accident involving two motor vehicles.
