Memorial services for Mr. Benny Mandeville, 66, will be held this Friday at 1:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Teague. Rev. Jeff Powers will officiate.

Mr. Mandeville passed away January 8, 2010 at Scott and White Hospital in Temple. He was born in Teague on April 20, 1943. He graduated from Mexia high school but lived most of his life in Houston. He was married for 29 years to Carolyn Jones, was a Methodist and worked as a machinist for many years. He enjoyed collecting and restoring guns. He is survived by his wife Carolyn Mandeville of Mexia, sons, Kelly Long and wife Maggie and Chad Lee Long of Teague, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and sister Billie Rose Borzik and husband Jerry of Mexia.

Mr. Mandeville was preceded in death by his son, Paul Mandeville.
