“Leap into Literacy”, the 25th annual District 5 child care conference sponsored by the Agrilife Extension Service, will be held next Saturday, Jan. 23, in Jacksonville.

Chairperson of the event is former Freestone county extension agent Wendi Green.

The training provides seven hours of in-service credit, and costs $35 to register until after this Friday, when the cost increases to $50.

Morning break, lunch and resource materials are included in the cost.
