Mayhem in the female portion of the Jail! Involved illegal entry and loss of life……I'll bet those lines made you readers perk up your ears and blare your eyeballs….. Okay, now that you're fully awake…..We had an intruder at the Jail, and as I said in the female section. It seems that the intercom suddenly started blaring, "snake, snake, snake." Well, the female voices were all pretty hysterical from what I understand, Jailer Lola promptly proceeded to the female wing, went through the three locked doors, and sure enough, there on the floor was a little snake on the steel deck, no place to hide. Now Lola was bolder than her female charges….She went on the attack, using her feet. She did a number on that little 8 inch long snake…..Splat, splat and he was flat, sent to the Happy Hunting Ground, straight into the commode and flushed. But the story of the demise of this pint-sized Anaconda does not end there….Lola twisted and wrenched her knee in the process of saving our damsels in distress. So, in summation; Snake dead, damsels saved and Jailer on Workmen's Comp…..Now, if we can just figure out what hole or crevice the snake came through in order to get inside…..
