Drama Club performance set . . .
Fairfield high school drama club will present "The Canterville Ghost" in two performances next weekend at the FHS auditorium.
The spooky comedy is about a Southern family who becomes millionaires after their creation of Pinkerton's Champion Stain Remover. In love with all things English, the family moves to England and buys a haunted manor from the current Lord Canterville.
While living in the manor, the family finds an old bloodstain that will not go away, and mysterious noises keep scaring servants and preventing sleep.
The family turns the tables and begins scaring the ghosts, but until a riddle can be solved, the ghosts will walk the halls.
The play is by Claudia Haas, adapted from the short story by Oscar Wilde. Directors are Susan Walsh and Jeff Wright.

Kelli Childress as Vivian, Kyrie Kline as Kathryn, Taylor Sharp as Dumkin, Olivia Hughes as Lyanka, Mika Farmer as Tawny;
Kourtney McAdams as KiKi, Amy Sikes as Tweedle, Jennifer Stark as Starkie, and Skyler Hite as Sky.

Saturday, Nov. 21 performance will begin at 7:30 p.m., and the Sunday matinee will begin at 2 p.m. Ticket prices are $6 for adults, and $4 for age five through students.
Children under age five are admitted free. The tickets are available at the door.
