Old tractors to be shown this weekend
Antique tractors and farm equipment will be on display this Friday-Sunday at Teague City Park for a show sponsored by Bi- Stone Antique Tractor Club.
The club includes almost 40 members from about eight counties and has been planning the show since early summer.
Restored tractors include Farmall, John Deere, Ford, Oliver, Massey-Harris, Massey- Ferguson, Allis-Chalmers, Minneapolis Moline, Case and other makes.
Club members meet monthly to trade restoration tips, discuss upcoming events and eat.
The show in Teague will be open all day all three days and is free to the public.
In addition to antique tractors, area tractor dealers plan to set up displays.
Food, music, a clogging group, an auction, arts and crafts show and other activities also are on tap.
