September 14

6:15 a.m.—Officer Kindon on report of debris in roadway.

9:17 a.m.—Officer Kindon assisted Fairfield EMS with a medical emergency.

6:12 p.m.—Officer Gasaway on reported suspicious subject throwing rocks.

8:16 p.m.—Officer Gasaway on suspicious vehicle with lights on.

September 15

3:16 a.m.—Officer Kindon on suspicious vehicle.

3:40 a.m.—Officer Gasaway on alarm sounding at Sonic Drive-In.

11:45 a.m.—Officer Kindon took a report of theft.

2:15 p.m.—Officer Kindon dispatched to S. Church Street in reference to family violence. One subject arrested on an assault/family violence charge.

5:30 p.m.—Officer Gasaway took a theft report at Brookshire Brothers supermarket.

8:10 p.m.—Officer Gasaway arrested a subject on a charge of making a false report to a police officer.

September 16

8:30 a.m.—Officer Gallegos met with a complainant in reference to a suspicious person.

10:30 a.m.—Officer Gallegos dispatched to 414 Post Oak Road in reference to a civil standby.

4:20 p.m.—Officer Gallegos met with a subject in reference to a wreck.

5:50 p.m.—Officer Tiner investigated a report of family violence.

9 p.m.—Officer Tiner issued a crimial trespass warning to a subject panhandling at Love's Travel Center.

September 17

8:30 a.m.—Officer Gallegos assisted a subject at Sam's Restaurant.

8:50 a.m.—Officer Gallegos attempted to locate a reckless driver in the Brookshire's area.

3:50 p.m.—Officer Gallegos worked a motor vehicle accident on I-45 involving one vehicle.

5:45 p.m.—Officer Tiner dispatched to Flint Energy in reference to an alarm.

9:50 p.m.—Officer Tiner attempted to locate a report of loud music that was unfounded.

September 18

1:45 a.m.—Officer Tiner attempted to locate a reckless driver on I-45.

9:15 a.m.—Officer Kindon to police department to meet a complainant.

2:40 p.m.—Officer Kindon arrested a subject on a warrant.

7:44 p.m.—Officer Gasaway to subject refusing to pay for gasoline.

7:46 p.m.—Officer Gasaway and Sgt. Utsey on report of possible drunk driver.

11:23 p.m.—Officer Gasaway and Sgt. Utsey on suspicious vehicle.

11:58 p.m.—Officer Gasaway and Sgt. Utsey on report of fight in progress.

September 19

12:29 a.m.—Officer Gasaway on report of same fight flared back up.

2 a.m.—Officer Gasaway and Sgt. Utsey on reported attempted suicide.

2:44 a.m.—Officer Gasaway on disturbance.

9:07 a.m.—Officer Kindon on disturbance at motel.

12:41 p.m.—Officer Kindon to police department to meet with complainant.

1:19 p.m.—Officer Kindon on report of panhandlers.

6:37 p.m.—Officer Gasaway on report of fight in progress.

11:20 p.m.—Officer Gasaway on report of loud music.

11:23 p.m.—Officer Gasaway, Sgt. Utsey, two deputies and a state trooper on report of same fight in progress.

September 20

12:01 a.m.—Officer Gasaway to the East Texas Medical Center emergency room to meet a complainant.

10:25 a.m.—Officer Kindon assisted Fairfield EMS on Adam Street.

12:58 p.m.—Officer Kindon dispatched to Something Different restaurant in reference to a minor motor vehicle accident.

8:10 p.m.—Officer Gasaway dispatched to ETMC in reference to a dog bite.

10:45 p.m.—Officer Gaswaway met with two subjects walking on the walking trail at the city park. Officer Gasaway advised that the park closes at 10 p.m.
