Dear Editor:

A big thanks to all my friends who have supported and encourage me, Jacquelyn Haigler; from the very beginning of Sweet Ruby in Boyd Plaza, you have been more than neighbors with a warm friendly welcome. Moving from a big city, I proudly call Fairfield "My Hometown." Your faithful support has been an inspiration to keep going and to continue seeking better ways to serve the community of Fairfield.

I am excitedly looking forward for all to join us in our new endeavor at Lone Star Grill and Cantina, a premier establishment offering a variety of fine dining, including steaks and seafood with a full selection of beverages available in the cantina.

We will be offering catering for all occasions. Jacque's specialty cakes will be available for your wedding and all occasion cakes.

We will be located on West Hwy. 84, one-quarter mile from I-45, soon to open in October.

The Bistro will close its doors Sept. 17 to get ready for the opening of Lone Star Grill.
