LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Dear Editor:
I'm Mad!!!! Are You Mad Yet??????
This health care bill is pure nonsense. I am against free health care for people who don't work (I'm not talking about temporailly out of work).
I don't want to pay more for illegals (we're already paying for all their babies now), nor for abortions or for people abusing themselves with cigarettes, excess alcohol, drugs, and obesity. If I should get cancer I don't want someone appointed by a Politician to decide if I am too old to be helped. I don't want President Obama to get concerned about my "end of life" plan. It's none of his business.
The most amazing news since "the people are speaking up", the Housewives, the Workers, the Young, and the Senior Citizens, now the Administration is sending in the AFL-CIO to mobilize labor activists to attend the town hall meetings in 50 Congressional districts this month to counter (or is it to silence) the conservative protesters.
Sound like it won't be town hall meetings any longer when the strong arm tactics of the Labor Union get there. They are a strong force behind this proposed health care bill, they want to be sure they get their money no matter what they have to do. This whole thing is getting a little scary.
