Dear Editor:

Many thanks to the folks who planted new flowers in the big terracotta planters on the courthouse square. I feel a little like Cinderella and her fairy godmother (godfather?) since the flowers appeared shortly after my first letter was printed moaning about the empty planters. Whoever waved their magic wands and supplied these lovely mixed arrangements should be properly applauded. Many thanks from me and I'm sure lots of other Fairfield citizens!
