Students throughout Freestone county are out of school this week, or next, for spring break.

Teague and Dew students follow the same calendar and have their break this week, through Friday.

In Fairfield and Wortham, spring break runs all next week.

Next holiday on the calendar for Fairfield and Wortham students is Good Friday, April 10, then they get a day off for Memorial Day, May 25.

Last day of classes is June 4 in Fairfield and May 29 in Wortham.

Teague and Dew students get their next days off on April 10 and 13, spanning Easter weekend. However, those days are officially on calendars as bad weather days and could be used to make up for time schools were closed earlier in the year because of inclement weather.

Early release is slated for April 17 in Teague and Dew, and the last day of classes for both schools is May 28.
