SUZANNE "ZANNA" WHEELER NANCE Funeral services were earlier this month for Suzanne "Zanna" Wheeler Nance, 75, of Fort Collins, Colorado, who died Wednesday, Oct. 29, at her residence.

Mrs. Nance was born in Gilmer on March 7, 1933, to Joseph and Runette Wheeler.

Her father managed Fairfield Abstract Company and her mother taught for many years at Fairfield I.S.D.

She was a mother, grandmother, sister and friend as well as a gardener, teacher, editor of homework, mentor, volunteer and quilter.

An open house was held from 2 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1, in Fort Collins, Colorado, in memory of Mrs. Nance's life.

She is survived by her children Joe and Elizabeth and their spouses Logan and Carley; grandchildren, Lily, Kyra, Tucker and Gray; and brother, John Wheeler and wife Carol.
