Letters to Santa Claus are now being accepted at The Fairfield Recorder office, located at 101 E. Commerce, for publication in the annual Christmas greetings section of the newspaper.

A special mailbox has been set up in the office for all Freestone county children who wish to hand deliver their letters.

Children can also mail their letters to Santa Claus in care of The Fairfield Recorder at the above address, with assurance they will be promptly forwarded to the North Pole.

This year's Christmas greetings section will be published in the Dec. 18 issue.
