Sealed bids must be received in the Auditor’s Office, 118 E. Commerce Street Room 209, Fairfield, Texas 75840, no later than 4:00 p.m., Friday, March 12, 2010. Late bids will not be considered. Bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope what items the bid is for. The bid will be discussed and/or awarded at the regular Commissioner’s Court meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 15, 2010. The Court reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
